2. Improving the quality of public spaces to encourage the movement of people and provide an engaging spatial experience towards transit points
3. Integrating the pedestrian spine concept with the building mass layout concept and the micro land use concept along the axis corridor
4. Developing pedestrian-friendly areas and optimize the pedestrian linkage that allows people to walk comfortably and safely
5. Developing the concept of utilization and control of public space along the transit movement paths to suit the character of the area and in accordance with the city plan
"This is expected to become a magnet for commuters from buffer areas such as South Tangerang, which have a lot of activities in Jakarta," he stated.
